Eligibility
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags intact.
Certain items (e.g. hygiene products or customized orders) are non-returnable.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued as store credit or to the original payment method, depending on your preference.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is inspected.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we’ll replace it at no cost.
For other exchanges (e.g. size, color), shipping fees may apply.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
1. Email us at info@bagsouq.com with your order number and reason.
2. We’ll contact you to arrange pickup.
3. Handover the product to the driver as instructed.
Important Notes
Items returned without approval will not be accepted.
Returns must be made using our approved courier.
Orders made during promotions or sales may have limited eligibility for refunds or exchanges.
